1/Think about talent as culture adds vs. culture fits. You don’t want to keep hiring people that sound and look like you.

2/Have patience when you’re building something new that’s disrupting an industry.

3/Different talent needs and values for the business evolve over time. The one consistent must have is alignment of ambition. Is everyone constantly dreaming big?

4/Everyone is on the same team. Work with “we” vs. “me” mentality.
