• Principled, capable management team—the company's management team must have proven experience and the ability to develop a significant enterprise. The team must possess impeccable integrity, a meaningful ownership interest, passion for its cause, and a dedication to explicit profit objectives and administrative and financial controls. We look for quality people that we can work with, and people who can create a culture that attracts and retains other outstanding people.
