David S. Glynn

Senior Investment Associate

David Glynn joined Glynn Capital in 2007 and focuses primarily on the areas of digital media, Internet-based businesses, software, and content delivery and management. Current private investments include Done Right! where David serves as an observer to the board of directors.

Prior to joining Glynn Capital, David earned an MBA degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2007. During his graduate program, he co-founded a non-profit film company, In Effect Films. The company's first project, Autism: The Musical, on which David was an executive producer, premiered at the 2007 Tribeca Film Festival, won several independent film festival awards, was bought by HBO and was short-listed for the 2007 Academy Award for best documentary.

From 2002-2005, David worked for Eric Godtland Management, where he managed and developed established and emerging music artists including multi-platinum selling artist Third Eye Blind. His responsibilities included negotiating with major record labels, negotiating and establishing digital distribution rights and appropriate channels, and securing film and television placements. Prior to this, he served as an analyst in the Infrastructure Software Group of Robertson Stephens, a technology investment bank, advising public and private companies. David graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2000 and earned an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2007.
